The wind in my face

This painting is a deeply personal expression, born from my experiences during a challenging time. While incarcerated, I found solace in the simple act of bicycling. Riding every day in Berlin, I reveled in the wind on my face and the rhythm of the pedals - a profoundly liberating feeling, like the dancing butterflies.

The whales represent the steadfast companionship that sustained me, while the floating mangos symbolize the seeds of hope that blossomed.
